Join us for our weekly Meditation at Biorhythm Massage and Artistry. Spend 60 minutes of peaceful exploration through various meditation types, including guided meditations, Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep), gentle movement meditation, body awareness, breathwork, and mantra meditations. There will also be a mini sound healing each session. Set in a serene space adorned with soft bolsters, our sessions offer a calming escape to unwind, center your mind, and nurture your inner peace. Whether you're new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, everyone is welcome to join this journey of relaxation and rejuvenation.
