Would you like a break from anxiety and experience a profound sense of relaxation and inner peace? Join me for a transformative 90-minute workshop carefully designed to alleviate anxiety.
In this workshop, you will be guided through a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. Through the incorporation of grounding techniques, breathwork, standing poses, and targeted movements such as neck and shoulder releases, cross-body movements, hip opening, and more, you will learn to release tension, promote relaxation, and restore equilibrium to your body and mind.
Each yoga style used in this workshop will activate, stretch, and ultimately relax the areas of your body that tend to hold anxiety. The session will culminate with restorative postures that encourage deep relaxation and tranquility.
